The Bay Jewel Event Center has invited WES members to participate in their Fall Market during November ArtWalk, at their beautiful downtown venue. Each vendor will have a 10'x10' space and are welcome to bring their own booth set-ups if preferred. Those who would like to have a table (one 6ft. long or one 60" round) and 2 chairs provided, must include that in the form below so The Bay Jewel can set them up in advance. Placement by an electrical outlet is available upon request below.

There will be a vendor fee of $40 for those selling handmade goods, and $50 for resale/food vendors. If you would like food during the evening, there will be a $5/person fee added to total. The Bay Jewel does not allow outside food or drinks (with the exception of approved vendors) so this will be the best option for vendors during the event. They will be offering vendors $1 off all drinks during the evening as well!

Payment will be made directly to The Bay Jewel once vendors are approved. All accepted vendors will be notified via email by Mon. Sept. 16 with payment instructions and deadlines.

DIA DE LOS MUERTOS FESTIVAL VENDOR OPPORTUNITY
The Bay Jewel will also be a part of this year’s Dia de los Muertos Festival on Sat. Nov. 2 and they are extending an offer to those who vend at ArtWalk on Friday to remain set up and vend during the Festival the next day from 12pm - 8pm. A bundle rate to participate in ArtWalk and the DDLM Festival will be offered to WES members at $150 (reg. rate for DDLM Festival is $120 and ArtWalk is $40/$50).

Please note: Vendors who sell out or want to break down early are allowed to do so, but no load out will be available until Saturday after midnight, with no street access before that time. Vendors may break down their booths/displays and put them in storage at The Bay Jewel, to be picked on Sunday, Nov. 3 from 10am-4pm through their service entry, (located 15 ft. to the right of the front entry) as there is an event in The Bay Jewel's Diamond Ballroom.

Event Details
Vendors may set up beginning at 12:00pm on the day of the event, however due to loading/unloading space restrictions, please ensure you arrive at the time you have noted above. All vendors must tear down their booth/tables directly after the event is over if they will not be staying for the DDLM Festival the following day. Those who will be vending on Sat. will be allowed to stay set up overnight. Please make sure your space is clean and exactly as you found it before leaving the venue.

Tables, linens, chairs and access to electrical outlets will be provided by The Bay Jewel at no cost to vendors if requested above. Vendors will be in an air conditioned space with access to restrooms. Cash bar will be available both days and WES vendors will receive $1 off all drinks during Friday’s Fall Market.
